About Us

Elanda (Lan) Dunn is a native of Grambling, LA.  She resides there with her husband of 25 years, Leo Dunn.  Lan has been a licensed Cosmetologist for 25 years and the salon owner of Elanda’s Hair Gallery for 21 years.  Lan, a master stylist, specializes in creating flawless cuts and short hairstyles that transforms lives daily. She loves people and desires to share all that she has gained in her 25 year career with other artists. Lan is a staple in the community of Grambling. Her constant focus of giving back is a driving force for her life and career.

 

Ntornette (Net) Robinson is a native of Shreveport, LA. She resides there with her husband John Robinson and 4 children. Net has been a licensed Cosmetologist for 14 years and is the salon owner of Beauty by Net Salon and Hair Restoration. Net’s expertise lies in the field of Healthy and Natural Hair. Net has been a licensed Educator of Cosmetology for the state of Louisiana for 12 years. Net also holds an Associate Degree in General Education. For 8 years Net directed a Corporate Cosmetology School coaching, training and educating upcoming stylists and educators. Her passion is education and sharing information that will help others take their career to another level.

 

Together Lan and Net co- own BossNBeauty, an Educational Training Company with a mission to INSPIRE, MOTIVATE AND EDUCATE other artist on business and education within the Cosmetology Industry!  They co-author “Booked but Broke” a mind shifting, easy read book with topics on time management, being overworked and underpaid, and no excuses not to get the job done .They also have an educational DVD production, online classes,  have  taught and trained at national Hair and Trade shows, and have been trailblazers for the North Louisiana region. Lan and Net strive to be the change they want to see in the world and in the industry! Their motto is “We are better together “.
